MASK WASHERS
The model MW-433 Maskwasher shown in the photograph is for paint mask washing using the Aztech method which uses no solvents. Model shown is 220 volts, three phase, with pneumatic lift basket, turbine agitation and exhaust fan. Overall dimensions are 48" long x 36" wide x 94" high. Tank capacity is approx. 250 gallons.

- Ultra simple pump-agitator design (only one moving part which practically elimates down time).

CHAIN ON EDGE
- Chain-on-Edge Machine applies coats of paint to various molded parts.
- Machine travels at an adjustable speed, which carries the part to the painting station.
- Parts can spin, index or self locate for spray paint operation.
- Fixture spacing is adaptable to the size of the part. (Parts can be as close as three inches apart).
- Various drying systems are optional.
ROTOSPRAY
Part is manually loaded into spindle mask. Palm buttons actuate to clamp the top mask to the bottom mask. Mask and the part rotate, while stationary timed spray guns paint the part. The part and mask rotate one way, and then rotate back to original position and stop for unloading, and reloading. This machine offers high capacity, painting two sides of a part at one time. The machine's dimensions are 24" x 36"x 72".
